The approach
A department is
not what you need.
One senior lawyer is.
Most owners do not want a portal, a team of account managers and a bill they cannot read.
They want one experienced solicitor who grasps the commercial reality, answers directly, and says plainly what to do next. Equitable Law is built around exactly that: a focused, senior solicitor-led practice for company, corporate finance and commercial matters.
You deal with the person forming the advice, not a layer sitting between you and it.
Qualified as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales in 1992. Nearly a decade as a partner in Central London firms, with work alongside Eversheds Sutherland, CMS and DLA Piper, before founding the practice in 2011. He now advises businesses, their owners, investors and financiers across the UK and internationally.
